Flowers By Variety > Sunflowers

The sunflower's botanical name is Helianthus.  The Greek word "helios" means sun and "anthos" means flower.  It named for its resemblance to the sun: a large flower head usually with a big dark centre and bright yellow petals.  Varieties are appearing now which have tan, orange, maroon or striped petals, and green-yellow centres. Some are even without the central disc, but are fully covered in petals instead.  Enjoy our selection of summery sunflower bouquets below.

I would just like to thank you on the service I got on the delivery of flowers to my girlfriend, it made my day and certainly hers, claiming it was the best and most beautiful ones she had ever received from me. Thanks again as your flowers got me in very good books.
